You're being asked to check the artwork before it prints.
There's nothing to install and no account to create. Open the proof, look at it properly, mark anything that's wrong, then approve or ask for a change. Five steps, in order, below.
The link arrives
By email or text, with the job number and what it's for. The link is yours — it opens the proof without a login.
The proof opens
The full artwork, at size, with the finished dimensions and any trim and bleed shown. Zoom in as far as you need on a phone.
You mark it up
Drop a pin on the exact spot, draw on the proof, or leave a note. Every mark stays attached to the place on the artwork it refers to, so nothing gets misread.
Approve, or ask for a change
Two buttons. Approve and the job moves to production with your sign-off recorded against it. Request changes and your marks go straight back to the designer as revision 02.
It prints
The approved file is what goes to the machine — the same file you signed off, with the sign-off held on the job in case anyone asks later.
