Three systems. Buy the one you actually need.
They solve different problems for different people, so they are priced apart rather than bundled into tiers you have to work through. Designing in the Design Studio is free for everybody — the Studio plan is what buys its print-resolution export.
01 · Proof System
The one that is finished, in daily use, and has the numbers behind it. Comparable print-shop software starts at $99 to $109 a month before you add a second user. It climbs in four rungs, each a strict superset of the rung below — the free plan's meters are visible in the app long before you reach them, and moving up is a plan switch, not a migration.
Run real proofs through it. No card, no trial clock counting down.
- 20 active jobs on the board at once
- 5 jobs proofed a month — revisions of a proofed job are free
- Your customer approves from their phone, no login
- Pins, drawing and notes on the proof itself
- The client portal, so customers submit their own work
- The prepress tools, wired into your jobs
- Approval pages carry HSH branding
A shop whose month no longer fits in five proofed jobs and twenty live tickets.
- Everything in Free
- Unlimited active jobs, unlimited proofed jobs
- White-labelled — your logo, your name, your details
- Your own customers under your own tenant
- Automatic follow-up when a proof goes quiet
The whole paper trail in one place — quote, job, proof, sign-off, invoice.
- Everything in Proofing
- Quotes and invoicing on every job
- Bulk invoicing across a month
- A month-end production report per client
Artwork made in the browser, then proofed, printed and billed like everything else.
- Everything in Proofing + Billing
- The Design Studio with saves, versions and comments
- Print-resolution export — PDF at 300dpi with bleed and trim marks
03 · Design Studio
Print export on Studio
Design it free. Then get it printed. A canvas in your browser with the sizes already set up for print — business cards, postcards, flyers, A4, posters — at 300dpi with the bleed drawn in.
We do not charge for it because we would rather print what you make than charge you to make it.
- Shapes, text, images, effects, layers, grouping and locking
- Print presets at 300dpi with bleed shown, and social presets at each platform's current size
- No account at all to design — it opens straight into the canvas, and the design stays in your own browser
- Versions on every design; saved-online designs and comment threads come with the Studio plan
- Designing and screen-resolution download are free — right for social and the web. Print-ready PDF with bleed and trim marks comes with the Studio plan, or we print it for you
And the five prepress tools are free with no account at all — use them right now
Printing in Australia? We work with four printing presses there, so we can quote the print itself — stock, finish, quantity, delivery — and put a proof in front of you before anything runs. Ask for a print quote. Outside Australia the software is exactly the same; the printing is the part we cannot post to you.
What this costs elsewhere
From $109 a month for two users. Print shop management with proofing attached.
$109 / month · 2 users$99 a month plus $19 for every user. A three-person shop is $156 before anything else.
$99 + $19 per user$75 to $160 a month by proof volume, or from $249 for the agency-shaped tools. Proofing only — no jobs, no quotes, no invoices.
$75–$249 / month$79 a month for agency social with approvals, up to $199 and beyond per seat. More platforms than we publish to, at three times the price.
$79–$199+ / monthFilestage allows five files a month. Ziflow allows two users. Ours runs twenty live jobs on the board with five of them proofed a month, the client portal and the prepress tools switched on — and a revision never counts against you, because a free plan you cannot do a real week's work on is an advert rather than a plan.
20 jobs · 5 proofed / month, freeThe awkward questions
Designing is free because we would rather print what you make than charge you to make it — and on its own the canvas would be up against Canva and Figma, both free at the level most people need. What the Studio plan buys is the working version: your designs saved with versions and comments, and the print-resolution export.
By invoice, monthly. We do not take card payments and hold no card details — there is nothing to breach, and nobody is billed by an automatic renewal they forgot about.
No. There is no clock and no card. If twenty live jobs and five proofed a month is all you need, stay on it — plenty of small shops will.
A job proofed for the first time that calendar month. Send one proof of it or twelve revisions, it is still one — counting revisions would charge you for the back-and-forth this thing exists to encourage.
The meter is on the page long before it matters — "3 of 5 proof jobs used" — and reaching it only blocks starting the next one. Everything already made stays visible, revisions of proofed jobs still go out, no customer of yours ever sees an error because of our billing, and nothing is ever deleted. The proof counter resets on the first of the month, and archiving finished jobs frees room on the board.
Yes, and it is the same login — the two systems already sit in one application with your client list shared between them. Adding the second is a switch, not a migration.
You take them. Print-ready artwork is yours as it is produced, and we will export your job history and customer list on request.
Yes — that is the retainer below, and it is a different thing from a software plan.
USD, billed monthly by invoice. No card details are held. Change plan or stop any month.
Or we do the work as well.
Everything above is the software. If you want the artwork drawn, the paths cut, the film edited and the social actually run, that is a retainer — priced against your real month rather than off a page.
Quoted per job. A shopfront, a wrap, a rebrand, a product film — work with an end. Includes a login to watch it move.
Your production run on the platform with our studio behind it. Prepress absorbed rather than itemised.
Briefed, made, approved by you and published on schedule, with a recap of what went out.
Bring one real month — how many jobs, how many proofs, how many went back — and we will price against that instead of a guess

No card, no trial clock. If it does not fit your shop you have lost nothing.
02 · Social Workspace
Facebook and InstagramEverything from the brief through to the recap, with the client approving each post before it goes anywhere. It publishes to Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn, TikTok and X are planned but not built — each needs approval from the platform itself before anyone can publish to it programmatically, and those queues are not ours to hurry. Until then the calendar tracks those posts and somebody puts them up by hand.
Tools with client-approval workflows in them start around $79 a month. This is priced under that on purpose, because of the paragraph above.
Content planned, approved by the client and published on schedule, without a spreadsheet in sight.
- Month and week calendar of what is going out
- Composer that writes once and adapts per platform
- Your client approves the brief, then each post
- Asset library, brand kits and hashtag sets per client
- Facebook and Instagram publishing on schedule
- A recap for the client, and one for your team
- Staff scoped to the clients they work on
