What shipped, dated and checkable.
The product pages say everything on the platform is live, not roadmap. This page is how you check that: one entry a week, listing what shipped and what it's already doing in production. Nothing here is planned or upcoming — if it's listed, it's running.
Last month on the platform
80+ proofs taken from artwork to customer sign-off — for one client, in a single month. From the platform's own month-end report, and updated only from there.
Week ending 2 September 2026
Billing arrives, and a first order runs the whole loop
The platform grew its billing layer this week — and our own print desk put it straight to work on a real order: proofed and marked up on the customer's phone, approved at revision three, paid, and sent to press. Nothing printed until they said yes.
Shipped
- Quotes and invoices as proper documents — an invoice is captured when issued and never changes afterwards, the way a handed-over document should behave.
- Deposits and statements — money taken before the invoice exists is recorded against the job, appears as a credit line when the invoice is raised, and every customer's statement shows what's owing, aged.
- A vendor list per company — each shop keeps its own suppliers, scoped to them alone.
- Margin on every job — price to the customer, trade cost and freight, with margin derived and shown ex-GST, never guessed.
- Automatic lead follow-ups — a new enquiry left untouched past four business hours nudges the desk; a quote sitting a few days flags itself for a chase.
- The job card reorganised by lifecycle stage — the current step expanded, finished steps as one-line receipts, later steps quiet until they're due.
Already running
- Two of this week's features — deposits with statements, and vendor lists — were requested by a print shop using the platform, and shipped the next day.
- Our own storefront's first paid order ran end-to-end on the platform: enquiry to proof to approval to payment to press, with the full trail timestamped on the job.
